[Poe had some mental whiplash when he came back from his mini adventure back home. The pilot wanted nothing but to see the man rot in prison but as soon as he was back here he knew it wasn't morally right. But there had been that burning of nothing changed.]
Technically I met two of them. One was a defector but we can talk about him in a different topic then this one. This other one worked for the Empire until his death. [Why he was meeting people who were dead in their time? He wasn't sure but it happened twice in the same day.]
Orson Krennic helped built the Death Star. That's the Imperial I ran into first. I basically told him it got blown up twice. [He points at the puddles.] He knows how to drink too. If you ever challenge him to something, best be prepared for it.
[Finn's own trip home was literally him showing up and getting cut up the back, so his thoughts have not changed at all. He'll burn the man on fire emotions if he could.]
[He heard Poe out though, and felt his brow raise at that. He was... a thousand times more interested in learning more about another defector then he was about a man who--wait, what?]
Built the Death Star? [He sputtered, brows drawing up way too high on his brow. Orson Krennic. Committing that name to memory now. the Death Star. Leia is going to kill him. Or at least Slug Him In The Faceâ„¢. Best to keep an ear open for that,]
How the hell is it this place pulled in two monster weapon creators like this guy and Hux? Like, does this place have some form of death wish? Leia's going to lose it. He better not go around announcing that he built the damned Death Star. [he rubbed his face, looking at the green water, frowning at it. That's so unnatural.] And why were you drinking with him anyhow?
[Finn can ask about the defector after he learns about the other important man. Because Krennic could build things and honestly, he might end up asking the man to help him modify his blaster.]
At least, helped make the plans for it. [Krennic didn't seem all that bad, he wasn't trying to kill everyone yet. Plus the man died back where he came from. It's not like he can bring back information. No one would remember anyway.]
Maybe this place really wants them to play nice and help it. Since they did something so bad perhaps they are making up for those deaths in some way. I doubt that he'll make an announcement like that. [Poe was amused by the green water at first but he might still be a bit buzzed from the aftermath of the drinking. So, forgive him Finn, he can't really focus on angry emotions to evaporate the water.]
I think he needed it after I basically made him make rain in our kitchen. It was the least I could do to make up for him hearing about things exploding to space dust. I didn't think there would be games to along with it. [He rubs the back of his neck at that.]
